Are you looking for a tremendous recreational park? You should definitely go to Century Park in Vernon Hills, and here are my reasons why.First, they have an amazing sledding hill. I'll start out with the popular ice skating rink, it is so fun to go with your family! I'll also tell you about the HUGE sledding hill that you can zoom down, it is so awesome. They also have a warming shelter, so if you get cold you can warm up and have a warm cup of hot cocoa. After Halloween they have a Pumpkin Launch down the hill. You can bring a pumpkin and launch it or roll it down the hill and you can win prizes.
Next, in the summer they have a path to walk or run. My first reason to enjoy the path is the incredible community garden where you can admire the beautiful flowers. The next reason is you can exercise on the path with your friends and enjoy the amazing nature along the way. Lastly you can catch bugs, so if you are a good bug catcher you can see many kinds of beautiful bugs.
Lastly, there are brilliant views and places to see. There is a incredible lake call Big Bear Lake. There is also many different kinds of wild life that you can see, like flowers, plants and animals. The final reason to enjoy the park is that you can fish there and catch different kinds of fish.
You should go to Century Park because of the amazing path, awesome views, a big lake and the tempting sled hill.
